Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following UK shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Evri): £2.50 flat rate per order. Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days from dispatch 

Express Shipping (Evri): £3.70 flat rate per order. Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

Processing Times:
Orders are handmade and usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. If there’s ever a delay (like if I’m waiting on rescued fabric gold), I’ll let you know straight away.

Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery is 5–14 working days depending on your location.
Please bear in mind customs checks can sometimes cause delays, especially around busy times like Christmas.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are flat rate based on your location. I always use Royal Mail international tracked so we can both keep an eye on your parcel.

Customs & Import Fees:
Some countries charge customs or import taxes – these are the buyer’s responsibility. I can’t predict or cover them, I’m afraid (blame the bureaucrats, not the dogs).

Eco-Friendly Packaging:
I use minimal, plastic-free packaging and reuse clean materials wherever I can to keep your order planet-kind.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your order hasn’t arrived after 21 days from dispatch, please get in touch and I’ll help chase it down.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting our website (I think).

Shipping Restrictions

I currently do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at thefetchdesk@outlook.com.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at thefetchdesk@outlook.com with your order number and details. I'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to This Policy

I may update our shipping policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page.
